The following sales and delivery terms apply to deliveries from

Shipping and delivery: 

Delivery of goods from is considered complete when you, the consumer, have received the goods. 

We ship items from our warehouse daily to all EU member countries.

If you place your order by 8.00 am, we make sure that your goods will be packed and sent during the same day. We will of course also try to ship orders received later than 8.00 am the same day, but otherwise we will send the package on the next delivery day. 

You will receive your order 1-8 days later, depending on your delivery address. Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days.

In the event of delays due to bad weather, holidays, etc. cannot be held responsible for extraordinary delays. If your shipment fails to arrive or is delayed more than 14 days, we will send a new item to you free of charge. 


Liability for goods purchased at passes to the consumer at the time of delivery.

Price and payment:

At, you can pay with all major credit cards. Funds will be withdrawn upon shipment of goods from our warehouse. All prices are including VAT & shipment. 

If you regret your purchase: 

You have 90 days right of return when you shop at This period begins on the day you receive your goods.

Packaging and condition of goods upon receipt:

Right of return is only valid if the item is returned in the same quantity and condition as it was sold. The right of return is invalidated if you use the product in a way that renders it unsellable or may inhibit its resale. 

If you decide to return items, you will receive the amount paid in return. When we receive the item and have ensured it meets the return conditions, the amount paid will be returned to the method used for payment. Your only expense is postage to send the item back. 

What should I include in my return?

You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation. This is not a requirement, but it ensures faster handling. 

If something is wrong with your order:

When shopping at you have a 24 month right of return. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, replaced, refunded, or obtain a reduction in price, depending on the situation. 

Obviously, it is a requirement that the claim is justified and that the fault is not a result of misuse or mishandling of the product.

Please do not return any products to us before we have agreed on the handling of your claim. Upon approval of any claim agreement on method of handling, we will issue the return label needed for return. 


Children and those under 18 years of age

You must be 18 years old or older to shop at If you are under 18 you must have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to make a purchase.
