90 Day No Risk Exchange Program
We want to make sure you get the luggage that you want and need, and you feel the security that goes along with that. That's why we offer our 90 Day No Risk Exchange Program. If you would like to change the style, color, and/or size of your luggage within 90 days of original purchase, no problem. We offer this service free of charge for all echolac.com customers.
Echolac.com offers full refund and cancellation rights from 90 days after receipt of goods. To utilize this policy, the products must be returned in the same amount and condition as received. Products may be unpacked before return, as long as the items are returned in the same amount and in the same condition as they were shipped. The right to returns will be withdrawn if the goods have been used in any way that may inhibit their resale.
If you choose to return your order or any part of your order, we will refund the full purchase amount to your method of payment once we have received the goods and verified that the return conditions are met.

As a consumer, you have the right to return for 24 months. This means you may have defective products or components repaired, replaced, or refunded, possibly even qualify for a reduction in price, depending on the circumstances, and given that the claim is justified and approved.
Proof of purchase is required in conjunction with all warranty claims. We reserve the right to solely judge claims presented to us. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund for any claim after our approval and based on our sole judgment. We reserve the right to replace any product with a product of equal value in available colors in the event that your original product or color is no longer available. We will follow the advice of any nationally recognised consumer advocacy organisation where disagreement on claim resolution may arise.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN any product under claim to us, before we agree how to handle your claim. If necessary, we will issue you the return label needed for return.
